Engagement path

From first conversation to a defensible franchise decision

A staged path for service-business owners in Thailand who want franchise expansion grounded in operations, margins, and operator fit — not urgency.

Owners and advisors mapping franchise engagement stages on a whiteboard

Stage 1 — Discovery call

We learn your service model, outlet count, ownership structure, and why franchising is on the table. You leave with a sense of whether readiness work, documentation, or territory design is the sensible first step.

Stage 2 — Readiness review

Most clients begin with the Franchise Readiness Assessment. It tests economics, teachability, and demand beyond the pilot neighborhood.

Stage 3 — Build what the scorecard requires

Conditional-go outcomes often lead to playbook workshops or territory economics. Pause outcomes receive a prioritized fix list before any franchisee conversations.

Stage 4 — Operator preparation

When standards hold, we support franchisee profiling and screening so capital alone does not decide who carries your brand.

Typical span

Discovery to written readiness recommendation in four to six weeks when documents are available.

Where we meet

Bangkok working sessions from our Ratburana base, with remote reviews for outlets elsewhere in Thailand.
