Registered business
The official registered business name is File Branch Base Consulting. The firm was established in 2014 in Bangkok to support owners of cleaning, wellness, tutoring, automotive, and other service brands who were being asked to “scale” before their operations could travel to a second owner.
Brief history
Early engagements focused on documenting opening and closing routines for multi-site service operators in Greater Bangkok. By 2017 the practice centered on franchise readiness: unit economics, territory design, and franchisee screening for Thai service markets. Today we work with pilot locations from Ratburana to secondary cities, always starting from how the work is actually delivered rather than from a generic expansion template.
Working approach
We visit or walk through operations, interview the people who run peak hours, and pressure-test fee structures against real labor and materials costs. Recommendations are written in plain language — go, conditional go, or pause — with a short list of actions ordered by risk to service quality.
